Drew Lesicko brings almost 20 years of experience to SoulCycle where he serves as the vice president of product and technology. In this role, he oversees the full digital journey of the SoulCycle customer, as well as owning all of the technology platforms for the company. In his four years at the company, he has led the creation of the SoulCycle at-home bike, a relaunch of their mobile and web applications and eCommerce platforms, and the creation of SoulBeat.

Prior to his time at SoulCycle, Drew was the co-founder and general manager of Alpha, AOL, and Verizon media's innovation lab. In this capacity, he led the creation of over 30 product initiatives, including serving as launch partner on Amazon Alexa, Google Home, and the Apple Watch. Alpha worked closely with the Verizon Media brands, including Huffington Post, TechCrunch, Engadget, and Yahoo Sports to create experiences on connected TVs, wearables, Alexa, Oculus, and all mobile devices.

Designing and executing an agile product-led growth strategy

Debbie is an experienced product leader obsessed with helping her teams solve complex problems, particularly in larger organizations that are committed to moving to a more user-focused environment. She cares deeply about creating diverse product teams that can truly represent the user at all levels.

Debbie currently works at the Financial Times as the product director leading the consumer product teams. This involves iterating on the existing product experience that supports over 1m users and also developing new products and propositions to showcase the world-leading FT journalism for individual subscribers. Previously she worked at the BBC as head of product for BBC Account, developing innovative experiences to showcase the value of the BBC and creating seamless experiences to access all BBC services.

Establishing a culture of sustainable product innovation in a fast-paced environment

Grace Noboa-Hidalgo is the Director of Product Innovation for clinical trials at Walgreens, a Fortune 20 company, and has distinguished herself as a Latina healthcare executive and economist. As a strategic and entrepreneurial leader, Grace builds tech-enabled businesses to deliver high-impact, transformative patient experiences in digital healthcare combined with cutting-edge clinical research to close gaps in health equity. She has proven success in new business growth, industry partnerships and digital product launches with the support of top-level executives, Big Tech companies, and high-growth startups.

Since 2020, Grace co-led the incubation of a business line to enter a $9B market focused on deploying clinical trials that patients could access virtually from anywhere in partnership with notable pharmaceutical companies and SaaS startups. In her role she effectively secured an eight-figure budget, grew a team from 0 to 20, and established a product partner ecosystem ($4M investment). Recently she launched an MVP in under 8 months activating 50K+ Walgreens patients in a digital experience powered by MS Azure AI, cloud architecture, 2 billion EMR data points, and a 3-partner tech stack.

Grace is known for being highly capable of solving intricate problems with multi-disciplinary teams, such as data scientists, software engineers, architects, legal, marketing, commercial, finance, and digital platform experts. Her efforts to drive agile digital-first product development have contributed to growing revenue to $1M+ in just the first year.
